The oldest of the Teitessa Japanese single grain whiskies from the Miyazaki Prefecture was matured in Spanish oak, American white oak, and Rothan oak barrels. The limited-edition 80-proof spirit is mellow with deep tannin and oak notes.

The aroma of Teitessa 30 Year Old Grain Japanese Whisky has a strong wood influence with a distinct aroma of warm toasted oak and a bit of cedar over layers of caramel flan.

The flavor profile is sweet and light with vanilla, caramel, and an interesting umami note.
Finish
The finish is relatively long and just a bit dry.
