110’ means Blanco at 110 proof but what it really means, is more flavor and less water! We received our first order in 2013 and it immediately started capturing hearts. It’s a high proof tequila that not only has intensity but also finesse and smoothness.
To make our Blanco 110, Agave Pina’s are harvested by Jimadores, slowly baked for 4 days, then crushed to extract the Mosto. Fermented by an 80-year old yeast culture, double-distilled in Tequilano Pot Stills, aged 6 months in stainless steel then barely filtered and bottled at 110 proof. This exacting and handcrafted process preserves the full mouth feel, texture and viscosity of the estate grown Blue Agave.
