Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company announces the inaugural release of its first bourbon in 102 years. After beginning barreling in March of 2015, the Taylor family has been patiently crafting one barrel at a time making fine rye and bourbon. Corky Taylor, fourth generation and CEO, has been breathing life back into his great-grandfather's legacy that originally started in 1889. Over 10 decades have passed since Peerless Bourbon has been sold and the Peerless four-year-old product will be the first Peerless Bourbon available without a prescription since Prohibition.
A. The Booze Cartel Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. The Booze Cartel does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. The Booze Cartel is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to The Booze Cartel damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
