Burgundy and the Northern Rhone are home to roughly 120 varieties of bush peaches, known locally as Peche de Vigne. These seed-grown fruits differ markedly from commercial varieties. They're delicate, intensely aromatic, and must be captured quickly to preserve their essence. Mathieu Paquet selects prized varieties including Charles Ingouf and Belle Angevine for this liqueur. The result is a stunning golden-orange spirit with an inviting, summery bouquet. On the palate, vibrant peach flavors emerge with power and richness, balanced by subtle tannins that add structure without heaviness. A sophisticated expression of the vineyard peach tradition.
