K?loa Spice Rum is made from pure cane sugar, distilled in an impressive vintage 1,210 gallon, steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Wai?ale?ale.
The rum is distilled 2 times at 160 – 180 ABV.
This spice rum is a majestic tawny color with hues of golden rich heather, much lighter in the cloying viscosity than the other expressions of K?loa Rums, due to the higher ABV at 44%. The legs are thin and evenly expressed around the glass.
Pleasantly balanced light cola, muted cinnamon and cacao notes with subtle scents of baked baklava, honey and freshly chopped walnuts.
This spice rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with upfront spices showing exactly like the nose, the additional flavor of deeply cooked caramel and a light finish of sarsaparilla.
K?loa Kauai Spice Rum is an adult's version to the classic, overly sweetened spice rums typically found in this market. We recommend trying it in a classic rum swizzle or enjoy this in your everyday spice rum and coke.
A. The Booze Cartel Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. The Booze Cartel does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. The Booze Cartel is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to The Booze Cartel damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
