For those who don't remember, Heaven Hill suffered a major fire in November of 1996, losing their distillery, countless warehouses, and nearly 100,000 barrels of whiskey in the process. As a result of that disaster, the company was forced to lower the ABV on some of their brands in order to stretch out the supply. Recently, however, new master distiller Conor O'Driscoll and team began looking at some of those labels and hatched a plan to return them to glory. Focus product one: The Evan Williams 1783, which is an entirely new animal, now "longer and stronger" according to Conor.
A. The Booze Cartel Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. The Booze Cartel does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. The Booze Cartel is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to The Booze Cartel damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
