Copper & Kings Apple Brandy is a testament to the art of distillation and barrel aging. This American brandy is distilled from fresh-pressed apple juice using copper pot stills, and then matured in a combination of ex-Kentucky bourbon and new American oak barrels. This process imparts a unique blend of flavors, combining the crispness of apples with the rich, warm notes of bourbon and oak. The result is a velvety, full-bodied brandy with a distinctive American character.
A. The Booze Cartel Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. The Booze Cartel does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. The Booze Cartel is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to The Booze Cartel damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
