Chêne Bleu's 340-acre estate in the southern Rhone combines exceptional terroir with a unique microclimate. Restored to biodynamic health by Xavier and Nicole Rolet since 1993, the high-altitude vineyards produce grapes picked weeks later than surrounding valleys. The result, wines with southern Rhone aromatics, northern Rhone finesse, and impressive aging potential.
A. The Booze Cartel Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. The Booze Cartel does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. The Booze Cartel is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to The Booze Cartel damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
