Tasting Profile
The nose combines fruit and cream with polished leather, clove and soft vanilla. The palate is powerful yet measured, with rye spice, maple-like sweetness and mature oak leading to a long, warming finish.
How to Serve
Pour a small measure neat and allow it to rest in the glass. A few drops of water can soften the proof and reveal more fruit and spice. Pair with aged cheese, dark chocolate or smoked meat.
